Generally, no returns and no refunds. We’ve had a lot of happy customers and we personally love the quality of the goods we offer. Shipping costs and the nature of the goods make it kind of silly to get into the return nonsense. That said, things happen. Please send an email if something’s really not right and we'll figure out a solution.
